$7.9M Home Services Business + 3 Exciting Deals for this Week!
Heyo,
Life happens. I've spoken to 3 new searchers this week. You are juggling careers, the search, family, responsibilities, everything. The search is not for the faint of heart but it can be so worth it.
A couple of things I heard again this week that I found helpful for whatever stage you're in.
What's the one action that moves the needle more than 100 other actions?
What's the one choice that renders 1000 other choices irrelevant? (James Clear)
An hour before 9 is worth 2 after 5.
Everyone has a different body clock but if you put your search activities off till when you're exhausted, you won't be on your A-game and/or succumb to the easier things such as consuming content.
It's what you do in your search consistently that will pay off. The longer you are in the game, the better the opportunities and the deals, and then of course...it gets more fun.
Check out these deals.

$7.9M Home Services Business + Lucrative Agritourism Farm For Sale
Two awesome businesses were featured in the newsletter last week. I highlighted 3 and my favorite one is already sold!
This Week’s Exciting Deals
1.Very Profitable Miami Printing Business. 100% Financing. No Money Down.
Revenue: $2.1 M
EBITDA: $585k
Cashflow: $1.4M (doesn't make sense but that's what it says)
30 year old business, Miami is growing, 11 employees, family-owned business. Mostly stable, 3 years left on the lease...so talk to the landlord.
What I don't like...Seems too good to be true. Something might be off...but also the scalability could be tricky. How difficult or expensive is it to grow after you hit the ceiling? Figure out how much it costs to grow.
2. Profitable and Established Assisted Living Center
Revenue: $1.4 M
EBITDA: $960k
Cashflow: $1.4 M
Are the margins this good in assisted living?
20 employees, Michigan,
If someone is interested here, I have a close friend who is an expert here. Happy to dive further in here and make an intro.

3. Indoor Amusement Center - Will County, IL
Revenue: $3.5M
EBITDA: N/A?
This is being sold by the owner. Beware.
They have a ton of thing like ropes course, zip line, rock climbing, mini golf, gokarts, etc. Books are going to be a mess. The owner won't have his documents prepared. Good luck but....I've always wanted to own something like this or a trampoline park.
