--> Be Friendly
--> Build Rapport
--> Have Industry Knowledge
--> Ask Thoughtful Questions
--> Show up Prepared for ALL MEETINGS
--> This Business Put their Kids through College
--> Realize that You Are Interviewing to be the CEO and STEWARD
The kicker...if you disagree with a seller, show data, tell them the way, and explain how you came up with that conclusion.
They may disagree BUT that's ok. It might be the wrong business or seller for you.
