Let's Buy a Business Logo

Hey,

Let's just dive in. Here is a Searcher Tip that took me forever to realize.

Sometimes a business listing can sit still with no action on it for a few months BUT it's not uncommon for 2-3 people to get interested in it at the same time.

No idea why this happens. It happens quite often though.

If you like a business, go after it. If you don't, move on. If a broker says that there are other buyers, there probably are. I always thought they were trying to seduce me into paying higher. Maybe they are, maybe not.

You can call the bluff **IF** you are OK with potentially losing out on the deal.

If you love the business, then go after it. If you pay 3% more or 10% more or whatever but the business is perfect for you, then who cares.

The alternative is you buy a mediocre business at a good price (save 10-30%) but you now have a mediocre business.

Everything That Happens in Your Life

Life got a lot better when everything that happened became my fault.

“Envy is the religion of the mediocre. It comforts them, it soothes their worries, and finally, it rots their souls, allowing them to justify their meanness and their greed until they believe these to be virtues.” - Carlos Ruiz Zafon

Life will get a lot better when everything that happens to you becomes your fault.
